Yousef is the Global Hospitality Leader, and the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction Sector Leader for the Middle East and North Africa region, based in Dubai.
With over 20 years of transaction and strategic advisory experience, Yousef has led the region’s largest M&A deals in the real estate and hospitality sector and also led one of the largest global hospitality deals that involved a portfolio of hospitality assets across the globe. Additionally, he led and acted as quality assurance partner on a number of large mixed-use development projects across the region.
Yousef is a Certified Public Accountant, California Board of Accountancy and has a Finance degree from the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, UK.
