John is the EY Global Transaction Forensics and Integrity Diligence Leader, Forensic & Integrity Services. He has close to 30 years of experience in leading major investigations, disputes, forensic diligence, and regulatory compliance assignments globally in the financial services, energy and industrial products sectors.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), John has led forensics and deals businesses across Continental Europe, Cherepovets, Russia (CEE) and the Middle East. He understands the challenges to protecting reputation, managing integrity, and getting the right deal done, in complex and challenging environments.
John has been appointed more than 40 times as an accounting expert in sales and purchase agreement (SPA) and Transaction Accounting disputes in arbitration, and has acted as an Expert in numerous expert determination procedures.
