Paul has over 30 years of professional experience as an Assurance and Consulting Partner at EY, working in China (mainland and Hong Kong) and London. He has led many high-profile audit relationships in many different sectors, and has significant experience helping companies go public.
In recognition of his extensive contributions to the Hong Kong IPO market, Paul was appointed to serve as a member of the Listing Committee for Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
Paul holds a BS in Economics from the London School of Economics. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a practicing Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
