Mike is a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP Strategy and Transactions and leads the US aerospace, defense and government services transaction teams advising clients on M&A, divestitures and joint ventures.
He has extensive experience in leading complex transactions covering a variety of areas in the sector, including defense electronics, space, government services, federal information technology, cybersecurity and commercial aerospace.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia and a member of the AICPA.
