Kris serves as EY Global AM&M Mobility Board Member and EY-Parthenon Global Diversified Industrial Products Leader. In addition, she is responsible for EY-Parthenon transaction strategy and operations in the Nordics.

She has nearly two decades of experience in strategy development and transactions advice for private equity funds and public and private companies.

She has led more than 100 commercial, operational and vendor due diligences, 100-day programs, strategic reviews and exit preparations.

Her extensive transaction advisory experience covers a broad range of sectors, including industrial equipment, mobility, oil and gas, business services, retail and consumer goods, medical devices, health care, telecom and financial services.

Kris holds a PhD in Statistical Physics from Cornell University and a dual BS in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Illinois.
