“Major crises can significantly disrupt supply chains, particularly when companies are unprepared, and further underscore the importance of business process re-engineering supported by digital innovation. I work closely with clients from the consumer goods, retail, and chemicals sectors to reimagine their processes and leverage technologies that provide up-to-date visibility on detailed supply chain data and timely insights to match supply to demand. This helps them enhance agility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness for greater competitiveness and resilience in the face of disruptions.”
