Aaron is an established business leader with extensive experience working with financial services CEOs and executive teams on their most strategic mandates. He currently leads the EY-Parthenon Financial Services team globally and in the US. He also serves as a financial services CEO advisor as part of EY’s Center for Executive Leadership.
Aaron leads large-scale strategy, transaction and transformation efforts across a range of financial services sectors.
He has a long track record of working across several of the world’s largest and most complex financial institutions in banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management, insurance, and various areas of FinTech and digital assets.
Aaron is recognized as a values-driven, inspirational leader with substantial international and academic credentials.
He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Environmental Design/Architecture from Texas A&M University.
