How Ulrika is building a better working world

"I'm dedicated to fostering client relationships and promoting inclusivity in the automotive industry. My focus is on helping optimize client service and leveraging sustainable practices. As an electric vehicle enthusiast, I advocate for the electrification of transportation.

The rise of generative AI and electric vehicles, including in the commercial sector, demands increased power generation. The key challenge is to ensure this energy is sustainably sourced. We must enhance renewable energy and innovate to support the growing demand as we electrify vehicles across the board.

The convergence of these technologies poses exciting, complex challenges. In my role within Industrials and Energy, I champion diversity and inclusiveness, guiding clients and teams to cultivate a culture that drives performance."
