Sacha is a partner in Ernst & Young LLP with over 20 years of supporting clients on performance improvement initiatives and transactions.

His background is in corporate and private equity value creation, synergy delivery, carve-outs, operational due diligence, rapid zero-based budgeting, and quantified financial benefit statements (QFBS).

Sacha has worked with clients in identifying, planning and providing performance improvement and change management across aerospace and defense, industrials, and consumer products sectors in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. ​

He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Twente in the Netherlands, with specializations in strategic management, technical information management and international management.​
