Monica has over 20 years of experience advising global organizations on strategy and transformation. In her current role, she works with companies to shape their approaches for creating sustainable value, leads the development of new offerings and oversees successful delivery of EY sustainability commitments in the Americas.

In her prior role as EY Global Long-Term Value Leader, she worked with companies to develop strategies for delivering long-term value and with leaders across the EY organization to activate the EY purpose of building a better working world. As EY Global Digital Leader, she also shaped digital strategy and built new capabilities to provide distinctive insights to organizations, teams, and external audiences.

Previously she was the Director of Digital Solutions for a management consulting firm in Washington, New York and London.

Monica holds a master’s in Public Policy from Harvard and a bachelor’s in Politics from Princeton.
