With over 15 years of experience in professional services providing advice to banks and capital market institutions, he has built on his banking, regulatory and risk experience. Lionel helps the industry adapt and incorporate climate change and sustainability in their strategy and decision-making.

He has a background in business, economics and finance with degrees and qualification from NEOMA Business school and INSEAD in France, the University of Ottawa in Canada and Lancaster University in the UK and SCR from GARP.
