Holger Fehlbier

Holger Fehlbier is the EMEIA and EW Strategy & Transactions AI Lead, advocating for the development and implementation of AI solutions. He firmly believes, AI technology will revolutionize our working world. His motto: "Work smarter, not harder". In addition, he led the Technology and Innovation department of the "Strategy and Transactions" team in EMEIA. With a rich background in AI, technology, and innovation, he strives to shape a future in which AI is not just a technology we use, but an integral part of our value creation and way of working.

He has extensive experience in accompanying clients through business transformations, from strategy definition to successful operational implementation, and advising during critical changes, including carve-outs, integrations, and restructurings.

Before joining EY, he worked at global consulting and technology firms, and was also self-employed. With a degree in electrical engineering and management and having studied innovation and entrepreneurship at Stanford GBS, Holger Fehlbier brings extensive knowledge and experience.
