Anthony holds a JD from Hofstra Law School and a BS in Business Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.

Prior to the EY acquisition of Pangea3, Anthony developed a practice that continues to provide efficient services by combining talented professionals, processes, and technology. The practice provides legal managed services to financial institutions considering outsourcing and technology as a means to achieve mission critical business objectives such as regulatory compliance, cost savings, efficiency improvements, and legal resource optimization within their legal departments.

In building the practice, Anthony leveraged his experience as a transactional lawyer combined with practical business and management skills. Today, the practice is part of EY Law, one of the largest alternative legal service providers in the world currently providing legal support to the largest financial institutions.
