Paul works with professional bodies and industry associations. He provides comments and recommendations on tax initiatives to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government. These comments and recommendations help to enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong as an international financial center.
Paul has over 20 years of practical Tax experience from his time at EY. He holds a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Sydney.
