With nearly 20 years of experience helping clients deliver world-class compliance and governance in their organizations, Mike oversees a dedicated team working with a range of multinationals on subsidiary governance and entity management. Mike has also led several large multi-country restructuring and rationalization projects.
In his previous role as the global governance and compliance manager for a French multi-national advertising group (with over 1,000 entities in 70+ countries) he came to understand the complexities and challenges associated with the implementation of a robust subsidiary governance program.
His focus now is on how to improve efficiencies, visibility and control for clients as they are increasingly asked to do more with less.
Mike holds a master's in international business law from the University of Manchester.
