Konstanze Nardi

Konstanze is the EY Global Private Equity Readiness Leader. She focuses on effectively integrating exit readiness in the value creation lifecycle to reduce interruptions and drive successful exits. She also puts the latest EY thought leadership, including tools and data, at the heart of her approach.

During her 20-year EY career, Konstanze has worked in the US, Germany and the UK across both Strategy and Transactions and Assurance, leading large, complex, international, cross-border buy- and sell-side due diligence projects, IPOs and carve-outs. She is passionate about supporting clients with their exit readiness and enabling EY teams to have value-adding and interactive conversations with PE clients and their portfolio companies.

Konstanze has degrees in Business Administration (Master’s and Bachelor’s) from the University of Regensburg. She is qualified as a Wirtschaftsprüferin (German CA) and a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales). She also attended the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program.
