As the EY Americas Sell and Separate Leader, Andy helps clients execute transformational divestiture engagements. His work includes transaction strategy, execution roadmap, Day 1 operating models and closing models, stranded cost mitigation, investor story development planning and TSA exit strategy.
With more than 20 years of multi-service line and cross-competency global experience, Andy has spent his career working on complex transactions for the largest companies in life sciences, industrials and tech.
Andy holds a BS from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York University.
