Adam leads the EY Americas Channel 2 Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS) practice. He has over 15 years of diverse experience advising audit and non-audit clients on complex tax accounting and reporting topics. Adam focuses on optimizing the end-to-end reporting cycle to create an efficient process that leverages people, processes and technology effectively. He works closely with the EY Tax Technology Transformation (TTT) practice to deploy provision tools and to create substantiable, technology-enabled reporting processes. Adam also advises on transaction matters, including mergers and acquisitions, internal restructurings, spin-offs, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements.

Adam has a Master of Accounting and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the states of New York and New Jersey.
