Will is an EY partner with extensive experience. He's also the EY Global Strategy and Transactions TMT Leader for Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications.

He has more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions advising large corporates and private equity houses on over 300 transactions in more than 20 countries. His transaction experience spans a broad range of Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications segments: data and information services, advertising, marketing services, TV production, broadcasting, sports rights, FinTech, software, SaaS, cable and wireless.

Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Law and Economics from The University of Queensland.
