How Prashant is building a better working world

“Today, there are more connected devices than people. Mobile has moved beyond just a communication medium to a being digital agent for consumers. The evolution from 'Mobile Now' to 'Consumer Now' is empowering billions of people around the world by giving them access to real-time information, marketplaces and social programs that will have long-term implications on quality of life. The telecommunications industry is at the heart of this convergence and operators are well-placed to be catalysts of digital transformation in a fast-changing digital society. They are adopting new customer experience strategies, pursuing adjacencies, up-skilling the workforce, transitioning to leaner business models and adopting digital processes.

For me, building a better working world is about helping clients stay ahead of the curve and orchestrate the multiple competing challenges they face in their digital journey.”
