Mark currently leads our Government and Public Sector Consulting Practice in Oceania. He strives to improve government services by focusing on humans at the centre, enabling technology at speed and driving innovation at scale, thus improving the wellbeing of all Australians.

Mark has 20 years’ experience in strategy and operation working across Transport, Education, Health and Defence Sectors.

Mark is the Citizen Intelligence Solution Global leader and has been instrumental in its design and subsequent roll out.

Before working with Government in the Human Services sector Mark started his working career as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst understanding the value of data and its uses to deliver better outcomes.

How mark is building a better working world

I am passionate about transforming the way in which Governments provide services to citizens and businesses. I believe technology is now capable of supporting the streamlining and simplifying the citizens experience in interactions with Government which has been promised for so long. Key to this is putting the citizen at the heart of the processes. Doing so reduces red tape for Citizens whilst improving cost effectiveness for agencies. And in doing so creating win-win outcomes
