He leads the technology enablement and product development of our managed services for the financial services industry.

It leverage the latest and most innovative technologies, content rich operations, and a global delivery platform to drive improved outcomes and cost savings for clients.
Jake earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a focus in Strategy & Marketing and has a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Augsburg College.
