Mark holds over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations, covering strategy, operating model, process and technology, delivering commercial results.
He is passionate about all aspects of customer engagement, including marketing, sales and service operations. Mark has helped clients across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific to unlock growth by delivering new customer-centric, omni-channel customer engagement models.
He was voted the “Best Consultant” in the “Excellence in Innovation” category for the Global Leaders in Consulting Award 2022 by Consulting Magazine.
Mark earned an MSc in Engineering with Integrated European Studies from the University of Manchester. He has also completed an Advanced Course of Design, Manufacture and Management from Cambridge University.
