How Michael is building a better working world
“I define my purposes as ‘providing others with the opportunity to invest in themselves’ — with the key word being ‘opportunity.’ I am constantly looking for the chance for people on my team to step up and rise to a challenge, stretching themselves beyond what they thought was possible. I live this purpose every day — not only with my client engagements, but also with internal initiatives.”
