Liz serves as the EY Global People Advisory Services Deputy Leader and Workforce Advisory Leader, where she partners with teams to synthesize EY’s business and people solutions to solve clients’ pressing organization and workforce issues.
She is a strategic advisor to clients on organization and people implications in transactions as well as large-scale transformations. Over her career, Liz has collaborated with more than 25 of the Fortune 100 companies on their corporate transactions and transformations. Liz is an employment and labor attorney by background and holds a JD (Juris Doctor) degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell.
