Kristi serves as Director of the Office of Public Policy for Ernst & Young LLP, advancing EY US public policy priorities with elected officials, regulators and their staffs to further EY US objectives. She also facilitates opportunities for key EY leaders to bring their knowledge and marketplace experiences to ongoing public policy discussions on issues such as artificial intelligence (AI), supply chain and cybersecurity.
Before joining EY US, Kristi worked with large corporate organizations to design and execute strategic advocacy programs. Kristi was an associate at a large legal services firm before joining the staff of former US Senator Paul Sarbanes. She served as Legislative Director during Sarbanes’ time as Senate Banking Committee Chairman, including during development and passage of the landmark Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Kristi holds a BA from Emory University and a JD from Georgetown University.

Before joining EY US, Kristi represented Fortune 50 corporations, trade associations and interest groups for nearly two decades on a wide array of legislative matters. She is skilled at managing multifaceted legislative campaigns and coordinating diverse interests to drive value. She utilizes this experience every day in her work promoting EY US perspectives in Washington, DC, and helping EY people contribute to ongoing policymaking dialogue.
