Dave is the EY US-Central Assurance Managing Partner, with 46 offices and more than 2,500 audit professionals. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and auditing.
Dave has led audits of large multinational organizations and advised clients on SEC reporting, debt and equity transactions, business combinations, and divestitures. Prior to this current role, he served as the EY US-Central Region Audit Leader and the Assurance Leader for the Georgia market. Earlier in his career, Dave served as a resident in the National Accounting Professional Practice group.
Dave has worked with large public companies and high-growth entrepreneurs in the technology, consumer products, retail and manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution sectors.
He is a licensed CPA in Georgia, New York and Maryland. Dave earned his bachelor’s degree from Clark Atlanta University.
Dave is the board chair of Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School, which supports underserved minorities in the Atlanta community.
