As a partner in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, Chris advises buyers and sellers of public and private companies in connection with various types of M&A and capital markets transactions. He has also worked on SPAC transactions since 2013, most recently with both sponsors and target companies.
Chris received his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and his JD from the University of Texas School of Law.
