Chris Ward

Business transformation and HR Consulting leader. Avid golfer. Atlanta native. College football fan. Proud dad of two daughters who live and work in New York City.

Chris serves as the EY Americas Leader for Markets and Industry Sectors for the People Advisory Services (PAS) practice. As a principal with Ernst & Young LLP, he focuses on management consulting, HR consulting and leadership development. 

Chris previously served as the firm’s PAS Southeast Region Leader, and the EY Americas Sector Leader for the Consumer and Government industry sectors. He has advised C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies and public sector organizations for over 25 years.

Chris started his career with a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing company, where he focused on large-scale transformation initiatives and served several Fortune 500 and large public sector clients. He is also highly skilled in organizational change management and business process improvement.

Chris holds a Master’s in Education degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University. He also holds a BBA in Management Science and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
