Tania brings over 20 years of experience to her role and is responsible for building the UK&I NCoE external ecosystem – including charities, not-for-profit organizations and neurodiversity experts who help support us on candidate attraction, advice, sponsorships and events. She is also responsible for the NCoE talent strategy including recruitment, coaching and team training.
