Richa Pant is a New York-based senior manager in the IT Advisory Services of Ernst & Young LLP. She has over 10 years of experience leading multiple large-scale transformation programs solving client issues in all phases of SDLC and Agile delivery. Richa has experience in designing IT Operating Model, workforce strategy and staffing levels, developing change management and transition plans for implementing the new IT operating model and org design, developing business architecture and capability model, conducting operational readiness assessments, requirements gathering, business process/data flow analysis, tracking and reporting, and solution development and implementation.
Prior to joining the firm, she attended Syracuse University where she received an MS in Information Management (IM) and was a graduate leader and Merit Scholar. At Syracuse University, she was an active graduate mentor and teaching assistant with the IM program director, emerging enterprise consultant and board member of Women in Technology (WIT).
