Patricia is a managing director in the EY Innovation and Experience Design (IXD) practice and serves as the EY Americas Loyalty Leader. Her work focuses on loyalty program design and development, customer experience and marketing. With broad experience across verticals, Patricia has served clients across the following industries: consumer products and retail, travel, financial services, government and public sector, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining the firm, Patricia worked extensively across strategy, marketing and customer experience at highly innovative digital consultancies, including executive roles at leading advertising agencies.
Patricia earned her BS in MIS and MBA in Finance at Wright State University. A lifelong learner, Patricia holds her Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) certification and is a Certified Futurist (CFP) through The Futures School.
