Mohammed is an experienced financial services strategy and M&A professional with a focus on FinTech and payments. He leads corporate and business strategy cases for C-suite executives of large and midsize FinTechs and financial institutions. Mohammed also advises investors on commercial due diligence and market studies supporting investment cases.
Prior to joining EY, Mohammed held investment banking and valuation roles, in which he advised financial services clients, including depository institutions, payment firms and private equity.
Mohammed holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BSc in Accounting from the University of Jos.
He is a CFA charterholder and a FINRA registered representative with Series 7, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
