Kristi is the EY Americas Enhanced Corporate Reporting and Accounting (ECRA) Leader and a partner at Ernst & Young LLP. 

Kristi spent 12 years in the Assurance practice working on large public client accounts prior to transferring to the Transaction Advisory Services practice, where Kristi led due diligence engagements covering multiple industries. Kristi also served as a resident in the Professional Practice Director’s Group for the former Southwest Region and as the National Sector Resident for the retail and wholesale industry.

Kristi graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Accounting. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Texas and Ohio.
