Jake advises clients on capital raising, financing and strategic exit alternatives. He primarily focuses on IPO, direct listing and SPAC advisory.
He provides independent perspectives on IPO project planning, market conditions, timing scenarios, execution strategies, equity story development and Form S-1 drafting, underwriter engagement, IPO/Wall Street model development, Organizational Meeting and Analyst Day preparation and coordination, and investor marketing. As a deal captain, Jake coordinates with underwriters, lawyers and accountants to help confirm his clients are fully supported across all transaction phases.
Previously, he spent 10 years with the equity capital markets teams at two leading US/international investment banks, where he originated and executed over 75 capital market transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, ATMs, SPAC mergers, PIPEs and spin-offs.
