Branson is a principal at Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) based in Atlanta. As the EY Americas Automotive Retail Transformation Leader, he helps set EY automotive sector strategy and is responsible for driving sector growth across the Americas. Branson focuses on advising companies on how to position themselves to be on the forefront of change within a rapidly evolving industry. He has significant experience across multiple levels of the industry including OEMs, dealers/retailers, auctions, 3PLs, captives, insurance, banks and technology providers. His project experience includes corporate strategy, digital retail, aftermarket and service operations, warranty/quality program design, loan underwriting and due diligence, process redesign, voice of the customer, sales offer strategy and operation efficiency analysis.
Branson started his career in auto finance working across a variety of roles at Ally. He has a BA in Economics from Davidson College and a MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
