Anne is a recognized leader in environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, performance and reporting. Her experience includes risk management, product development, supply chain, environmental health and safety (EHS) and audit.
As a Climate Change and Sustainability Services Partner, Anne advises clients on navigating the ESG issues that are relevant to their stakeholders and business objectives, co-developing ESG strategies, achieving goals through initiatives, policies and governance, and measuring performance for communication internally and externally. Recently Anne has been supporting clients to comply with EU ESG regulations.
Additionally, Anne focuses on climate risk, assisting clients to address the recommendations of the Task Force for Climate-related Financial Disclosures. Anne is a principal author of the COSO and World Business Council for Sustainable Development guidance on Applying Enterprise Risk Management to ESG-related Risks.
Anne earned her BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Illinois.

Anne is passionate about helping business leaders to identify paths to create a positive impact in a manner that supports their economic growth. Her favorite projects are those where she helps clients to chart their roadmaps to net zero. By working alongside engineers and business leaders, she helps to push the limits of the status quo by bringing outside perspectives. She supports more ambitious plans, taking advantage of sustainability tailwinds that support returns on investment in sustainable technologies.
Anne takes great pride in developing tomorrow’s sustainability leaders, today. She works with intelligent, thoughtful and passionate people that are relentless in supporting clients to meet their sustainability and business objectives. She is a sounding board for them in their development journeys. Anne particularly enjoys devising ways to advocate for their growth, including public speaking, frequent collaboration on their work, and visiting client sites to be closer to the clients’ products.
