How Adam is building a better working world
“For me, building a better working world means being a trusted advisor to clients through their most transformational events. This could be a once-in-a-lifetime transaction or a distressed turnaround. It means building a diverse, cross service line team that provides opportunities to grow personally and professionally. At the end of the day, my number-one goal is to help make new EY member firms’ partners and directors. If you are accomplishing that, you are doing the right things with clients and people.”
