Comment Letter - PCAOB proposal to expand liability for individual auditors involved in firm violations

Overview

In our comment letter, we support the PCAOB’s efforts to close gaps in its regulatory framework, but we respectfully state that there are currently no gaps related to secondary liability that require closing.
