He has conducted valuations of complex securities, performed antitrust analyses, econometric analyses, solvency analyses and valuations for spinoffs, M&A, tax, restructuring, and dispute resolution.

He has submitted expert reports and testified in US federal court, state court and arbitration, Singapore International Commercial Court and Stockholm District Court.
