Tripp is a leader in CCaSS’ climate change and decarbonization practice managing a cross-disciplinary team. He is passionate about collaborating with leaders to develop sustainability and culture strategies that protect and create value while striving to keep global warming under 1.5 degrees Celsius. Tripp's expertise spans various sectors, including consumer goods and the health, science and wellness industries.
Before joining EY, Tripp served as a director at ENGIE Impact. During this time, he designed the firm's net-zero transformation methodology which integrated storytelling and science-based targets. Tripp also worked in the sustainability practice of another Big 4 firm, where he supported creating the nation’s first city climate action plan aligned with the Paris Climate Agreement.
Tripp graduated from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his MBA and met his wife, Laura. They live in Oakland, California, with their son Theo.
