How Trent is building a better working world
“For me, building a better working world is a very personal mission. Our clients are looking for answers on how to navigate the complex set of influences impacting their businesses and lives. Every day, I seek out opportunities to have a positive impact on my clients and colleagues in small and large ways. It can be as simple as taking the time to share a provocative point of view with a client, or to coach and mentor one of my team members. It can be as challenging as presenting a strategy to transform a large, global company, or delivering a tough message to a client CEO. It is about consistently demonstrating care and courage to help my clients and teams achieve their goals and dreams, and thereby building a better working world.”
