How Tom is building a better working world
Most organizations have a worthy vision and goal when they embark on a transformational journey enabled by implementing a new HR technology, but they often fall into the trap that the technology implementation alone will realize that vision. I help clients enhance their people, processes and technology so that they can focus on the true value that technology brings. This focus on achieving the “so what” of that HR technology enables HR to drive the achievement of business goals.
