As EY Americas Tax Banking and Capital Markets Leader for the US firm’s Financial Services Organization, Terry is responsible for directing the strategy for our banking and capital markets clients, driving thought leadership, aligning resources and confirming that we provide high-quality service to our clients.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Terry serves some of the world’s largest banking institutions, as well as various traditional and alternative investment fund managers, focusing on domestic, state and local, and international tax planning; tax compliance; customer tax operations and reporting; acquisition due diligence; and tax operations improvement — always with the objective of helping his clients solve their most complex business issues.
Terry earned his BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and his MS in Taxation and MBA in Accounting from Fordham University. He is a CPA licensed in New York and a member of the AICPA.
