How Tamra is building a better working world
I’ve seen a lot in my diverse and rewarding 30+ year career as consultant. This includes dramatic economic and performance swings, management fads, hot business trends, revolutionary new technologies, and reimagined business models. While over those years a lot has changed, one thing has always remained true - when a group of people are aligned to something that matters and empowered and encouraged to do their best work, amazing things happen. This truth has powered my passion over the years and continues to fuel my commitment to our clients today.
I’m known for my innovative, human-centered, and science-driven approaches that help leaders and teams find the win-win: what their people want and what their organization needs to drive optimal performance, commitment and connection, and inspiring futures.
