As EY Americas Metals & Mining SAP Leader, Stephanie designs and oversees multifaceted technology-enabled business transformations for mining companies globally. She has led programs with budgets ranging from US$5m to US$500m, all designed to realize immediate benefits and create long-term value.

She assists companies with strategic direction, operating models, transformation planning, business case, technology enablement and organizational readiness work before leading program engagements that contain process and organizational capability improvement, SAP S/4 implementation and utilization of emerging technology.

Stephanie holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
