With more than 25 years of experience, Scott leads multidiscipline teams on complex divestitures, acquisitions and joint venture formation for Fortune 500 companies and private investors. He focuses on the operational aspects of transactions, assisting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle with strategy, diligence, planning, execution and overall transaction management.

Scott holds both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
