Sai is a part of the EY-Parthenon service line in the Strategy and Transactions practice of Ernst & Young LLP (EY US).
Sai has led several complex transactions and value creation projects with a focus on technology and retail sectors. He advises clients across the M&A life cycle, and his experiences include a broad range of topics in business strategy, operations, technology and transformation.
Prior to joining EY US, Sai worked at Caterpillar Inc. in various R&D, product design and development, operations and Six-Sigma black belt roles. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.

Sai believes in building a better world for clients by challenging traditional mindsets, putting technology at the forefront when developing strategies and designing new business models that foster innovation. He is a strong proponent of education being a great equalizer. In the past, he volunteered with Junior Achievement and STAR Adult Literacy programs to drive literacy awareness in rural areas.
