Robert is a partner at Ernst & Young LLP and currently serves as the US State, Local and Education Leader for the Forensic & Integrity Services practice. He has over 34 years of experience providing forensic accounting services.
Robert has helped clients achieve financial recovery from disasters. For state, local, and education clients, funding has included disaster grants such as Federal Emergency Management Agency and Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery grants, and stimulus funding, including the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”), the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES”), and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (“IIJA”). His experience with corporate clients includes assisting policyholders in reaching settlements in insurance claims, including property, business interruption, fidelity and liability, along with working for insurance and reinsurance companies in arbitration and litigation matters.
Robert holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a CPA licensed in Texas.
