Robert leads a team of valuation and capital structure professionals who carry out valuations of privately held portfolio company investments and conduct reviews of valuations performed by fund management and other specialists.
Robert primarily assists private equity funds and asset managers. He provides valuation services for illiquid securities, including debt, equity and options, spanning various sectors, geographic regions and stages of development.
These valuation services address a variety of client requirements and applications, including financial reporting, transactions, litigation and disputes, as well as for restructuring purposes.
Robert also assists clients with lead advisory, buy- and sell-side diligence, decision analytics, strategic alternative analysis and modeling engagements. Robert is focused on empowering clients to better understand financial and economic factors to strengthen their decision-making and assessments.
